The papillon aluminium hose stranglers are very much user friendly. They are conveniently designed to intrrupt the flow momentarily to alter hose lays, changing branches, nozzles or nozzle tips etc, all these activities can be done without shutting down the pump or water source. The synthetic soft covering is provided to prevent the damage to the hose while this hose strangler is in use.
